Oct 24, 2018 · Ladder Slot Canyon is located just over an hour from Palm Springs, California. It is located south of there near Mecca just above the Salton Sea. If you are visiting Palm Springs or are going to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, I would strongly consider making this hike. I prefer it to any other hikes I’ve done in the vicinity.
